Founders is a unique cohousing establishment comprising four bedrooms that offer a shared workspace, living room, and a rooftop terrace. Nestled in the finest neighborhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, quiet but central.
The building consists of two one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment, which all share a common entrance, living room, and workspace. Each bedroom boasts a private bathroom and personal workspace, ensuring privacy and facilitating deep work sessions whenever needed.
The one-bedroom apartments boast their own private living room and kitchen, while the two-bedroom apartment features a larger kitchen shared between both bedrooms. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including a washing machine, and access to a shared dryer.
Furthermore, all apartments share an additional expansive living room with a shared workspace and television. To add to the allure, there is an extraordinary rooftop terrace complete with workspace areas and a comfortable chill-out section, complemented by a Gas Barbecue for delightful gatherings.
Repeople’s coliving spaces create a network of accommodations specially designed for remote workers and digital nomads. All coliving spaces are located within a radius of just 1 km (except for El Cabo, located in Agaete, and La Luna, situated on the neighboring island of Tenerife). So, if you can’t find availability in one of them, try searching in another. They are just around the corner!

Our maintenance team comes every week to clean all the rooms and common areas. During the week, everyone contributes to keep the space clean.

Available in-house as well as an area to air-dry your clothes. We will also provide detergent so you don't need to worry about those expenses.

All the apartments feature dedicated in-house workspaces and WiFi coverage throughout, ensuring an ideal environment for focused and productive work sessions. Additionally, you have the flexibility to work from the communal areas or access the nearby Repeople coworking space, located just a few streets away.

Our colivings have high speed fiber optic connectivity that is shared amongst the colivers. The maximum speed available is 600/600Mbs.

Our coworking space is located within walking distance from our cohousing and you can access it 24/7 thanks to our access control app.
