Panamá 79 is a unique cohousing designed specifically to host remote workers seeking more space so their partner or families can join, as well as those professionals looking for the perfect balance between having enough privacy to focus on their work and enjoying the community.

The building features 6 newly renovated flats, all of them with private kitchen and bathroom. Moreover, you will discover expansive communal spaces that allow you to engage with fellow cohousers, connect with the community, collaborate with your peers, and even enjoy recreational activities.

And, of course, you will fall in love with the surroundings. The cohousing is located in the Guanarteme neighborhood of Las Palmas, on a peaceful residential street that allows you to work and rest, while being just steps away from Las Canteras Beach and Gran Canaria’s top surf spot La Cicer. Here you can indulge in activities like jogging or leisurely strolls, enjoying a nice coffee on one of the many terraces, and truly living life at its best!

Our maintenance team comes every week to clean all the rooms and common areas. During the week, everyone contributes to keep the space clean.

We supply fresh towels and linens every week.

Complimentary Access to Washer & Dryer

Available in-house as well as an area to air-dry your clothes. We will also provide detergent so you don't need to worry about those expenses.

All the apartments feature dedicated in-house workspaces and WiFi coverage throughout, ensuring an ideal environment for focused and productive work sessions. Additionally, you have the flexibility to work from the communal areas (which also feature a private office) or access any of Repeople's coworking spaces in Gran Canaria.

Our colivings have high speed fiber optic connectivity that is shared amongst the colivers. The maximum speed available is 600/600Mbs.

Our coworking space is located within walking distance from our cohousing and you can access it 24/7 thanks to our access control app.
