Mozart House is a unique coliving experience, offering an entire three-story house with a terrace and outdoor space, located in the finest neighborhood of the city. Nestled in the tranquil yet central area of Ciudad Jardín, known for its charming buildings and serene atmosphere, it serves as an oasis within the bustling capital city.
The house comprises 6 bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom. Residents can enjoy a shared kitchen and dining area, a delightful fully-equipped backyard for barbecue gatherings with fellow colivers, a front-yard garden, a dedicated workspace, and an incredible rooftop with panoramic views, perfect for socializing.
You’ll have easy access to a wide array of essential amenities within close proximity. So, if you can’t find availability in one of them, try searching in another. They are just around the corner!

Our maintenance team comes every week to clean all the rooms and common areas. During the week, everyone contributes to keep the space clean.

Our freshly ground coffee is offered both in our coliving and coworking locations.

We supply fresh towels and linens every week.
Complimentary Access to Washer & Dryer
Available in-house as well as an area to air-dry your clothes. We will also provide detergent so you don't need to worry about those expenses.

All our colivings include in-house workspaces and wifi in all areas. Most of the rooms also include a desk in case you want to take calls from your room.

Our colivings have high speed fiber optic connectivity that is shared amongst the colivers. The maximum speed available is 600/600Mbs.

Our coworking space is located within walking distance from our colivings and you can access it 24/7 thanks to our access control app.
