The Mansion is a unique coliving space located in the finest neighborhood of the city, the beautiful Ciudad Jardín (Garden City), known for its charming two-story buildings in the rationalist style dating back to the 1920s and 1930s. The neighborhood offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere while being centrally located and lush city parks such as Parque Doramas
The building itself has 7 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a shared kitchen and dining area, a beautiful rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and nice views of the neighbourhood, a dedicated workspace, and a spacious backyard garden where colivers can enjoy pleasant barbecues and socialize with one another.
Within the surrounding area, you will find all the essential services conveniently at your fingertips. There is a promenade perfect for leisurely strolls or cycling by the seaside, an array of restaurants, cozy terraces where you can grab a coffee and work with your laptop, the picturesque Alcaravaneras beach, numerous parks, and the bustling Repeople coworking space, which is just a 20-minute walk away.

Our maintenance team comes every week to clean all the rooms and common areas. During the week, everyone contributes to keep the space clean.

Our freshly ground coffee is offered both in our coliving and coworking locations.

We supply fresh towels and linens every week.
Complimentary Access to Washer & Dryer
Available in-house as well as an area to air-dry your clothes. We will also provide detergent so you don't need to worry about those expenses.
In-house Workspace
All our colivings include in-house workspaces and wifi in all areas. Most of the rooms also include a desk in case you want to take calls from your room.
High Speed Internet
Our colivings have high speed fiber optic connectivity that is shared amongst the colivers. The maximum speed available is 600/600Mbs.

Our coworking space is located within walking distance from our colivings and you can access it 24/7 thanks to our access control app.
